When our group of pharmacist buddies got together, we realized some severe flaws in the big-box pharmacy industry. Determined to change the face of pharmacies by cultivating personal relationships with each client to walk through the doors, the team at Royal Care Pharmacy has been paving the way to a different – and better – pharmacy experience since.

Meet Irene Marzouk, our pharmacy manager and owner at Royal Care Pharmacy.
Irene graduated pharmacy school from St. John’s University in Queens, NY in 2001
She has been serving the community in a large retail setting for the past 20 years
She moved with her family to New York at age 17 years old after graduating high school from Egypt. She immediately enrolled in & completed her pre-pharmacy coursework at St. John’s University in Queens, NY.
After being accepted into the early admissions pharmacy program, Irene went on to graduate receiving her bachelor of pharmacy degree from St. John’s University, School of Pharmacy in January 2001.
For Irene, it isn’t just about pills in a bottle, it’s about community and willingness to help.
Irene is determined to change the way you think about pharmacists by helping establish a pharmacy practice that is firmly rooted in the community and is dedicated for the best outcome of her patients’ health.
Irene spent 20 years serving the pharmacy industry in a large chain company. But after noticing a strong sacrifice of patient care and lack of detailed personal compassionate care, she decided to seek out a different path to bring the industry back to its roots.
Irene decided to start her own pharmacy to allow her to focus on patient care & to make them a priority.
When Irene isn’t in the pharmacy, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Michael and her two beautiful children.
Irene’s daughter, Melissa, is a sophomore at Nova Southeastern University on the pre-med track. Her son, Anthony, is a junior at VBHS.
When she isn’t helping her patients, Irene enjoys being with her family, traveling, walking, reading, crafting and cooking.
